Thank you for your expression of interest in joining our Melbourne Quilt Tour 2018. We have
set out below the costs, optional extras, what is included in your cost and what is not included.
These prices are based on twin share accommodation

Cost Economy Travel Package $2290-00 per person

Premium Economy Travel Package $2690-00 per person
• Note: this price is subject to seat availability and we will confirm this price
once we have confirmed numbers

Business Class Travel Package $3290-00 per person
• Note: this price is subject to seat availability and we will confirm this price
once we have confirmed numbers

For a single room rate, add an additional $650-00 per person

What is included

• Airfares Napier – Auckland – Melbourne – Auckland – Napier
(see note at the bottom if your starting point is other than Napier)
• Hotel accommodation – Melbourne – Mantra On Russell. Twin share or Single
(see note at the bottom for single occupancy room)
• Welcome pack and goodie bag
• All breakfasts included
• All Airport transfers and transport Hotel
• Private Coach and driver for sightseeing day
• Two day pass to the Australian Quilt Convention

What is not included

• All tips and gratuities including shuttle drivers, tour guides, hotel porters, wait staff etc
• Any transportation that is not included in above itinerary
• Any tours, museums, activities, day trips of your choice and that is not included above
• Meals, snacks, drinks, alcohol that have not been included above
• All personal shopping, spending money, purchases
• Travel Insurance
• Excess or oversized / over weight baggage charges – see note on next page
• Local taxes on goods and services – apart from Hotel taxes that are included
• Any medical treatment required.


1. Airfares – the tour package includes airfares from Napier. If you are from a different
region will need to join us at Auckland International Airport to start your tour. We
can book your flight from your nearest Airport to Auckland. Costs may vary
depending on your location.
The Works. Enjoy an inflight meal, movies and Seat Select. ... Along with one checked
bag (up to 23kg)*, and a carry-on bag of up to 7kg, you'll get a meal and drinks, as
well as full gate-to-gate access to our inflight entertainment with movies, TV, music
and games.
If you want to stay on and holiday after our Tour, we can change your return
booking to a new date.

2. You will need to have a valid passport that has at least six months left before expiry
at the end of your trip. e.g. if we return 9/4/18 your passport needs to be valid until
at least 17/10/18.

4. Travel Insurance – this is your responsibility and we strongly suggest that you take
this out the day that you pay your deposit. This can be arranged through your
Insurance Company of choice or House Of Travel Insurance, contact us for details.

5. Baggage – The baggage allowance is one 23kg bag per person flying Economy, plus
one 7kg carry on bag. This is the allowance for the Economy Tickets. Premium
Economy and Business Class have an additional allowance.

6. Delbrook Quilt Company and staff take no responsibility or liability for any lost,
damaged, stolen items or personal effects.
Delbrook Quilt Company and staff take no responsibility or liability for any costs
incurred for medical / accidents / hospital or emergency department treatment. Please
make sure that your travel insurance policy adequately covers you for all of these
possible costs.

7. You are required to inform us of any significant health issues, or concerns before the
tour commences.

8. If the Australian dollar has a significant change, we reserve the right to adjust the Tour
costs accordingly. You will be notified in plenty of time should this happen.

9. Deposit - $400-00 deposit to be paid by 15th September, 2017, required to secure you
place on the Tour.

10. Refund policy - $400-00 of your deposit is non refundable should your plans change.

Cancellation made prior to the final payment date – refund will be made less the
penalties incurred by companies we have contracted to.

Cancellation made after final payment day – no refund will be paid unless a replacement
tour member found. Then the refund would be less cost incurred by change.

Final Payment remaining balance due by 15th December, 2017

You can also pay in full anytime once booking is confirmed

By signing this form, I understand and accept the terms and costs as outlined in this
document. Payment of the deposit is confirmation of my booking and agreement to the terms
